By using this platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and policies.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the mm444 platform (mm444.vip) and all of its related services. Any person who uses or registers an account on this platform is considered to have read and accepted this Agreement. If you cannot accept this Agreement, you are asked to stop using this platform.
mm444 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after amendments have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend that you visit this page regularly.
Account Registration Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be 21+ to use the mm444 platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. We reserve the right to verify access, and if an account is found to have been registered with false information, it will be suspended immediately and any remaining funds will be handled at our discretion.
One Account Per Person Policy
Each player may register only one account for their own use. Opening more than one account per person, or using multiple family members' accounts with the same payment method at the same time, is not allowed. If a breach of this Agreement is detected, we will review the related accounts and take appropriate action.
Financial Responsibilities
Every player must play only with their own personal funds. We do not encourage playing with borrowed money or funds provided by a third party.
Account Management
Player Responsibilities
Each player must keep their account login details (username and password) confidential. Any action carried out through a player's account will be considered the player's own responsibility.
If unauthorized access to your account or a security breach occurs, you must notify mm444's customer service team immediately. mm444 will not be held responsible for any losses that occur before notification is received.
Account Suspension and Termination
Players may contact customer service to request account closure at any time. mm444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances —
- If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
- If fraud or deliberate misconduct (bonus abuse, collusion) is found
- If suspicious transactions related to money laundering are found
- If an account is found to have been opened with false personal information
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Each deposit must be made using the player's own payment method; third-party deposits are not permitted.
After a deposit is made, it will normally appear in the player's account very shortly, though a slight delay may occur due to the payment provider's processing time.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
mm444 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests and, if identity verification (KYC) is required, the player must submit the necessary documents. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
mm444 strictly guards against any activities related to money laundering. Any payment processing fees incurred will be borne by the player.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
Welcome Bonus
The mm444 welcome bonus offers 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, players must meet a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount.
Example — if a player deposits 20,000 Ks, they will receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks must be met.
Another example — if a player deposits 340,000 Ks, they will receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total of 540,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks must be met.
Bonus Withdrawal Policy
- Players who have received a bonus may only withdraw bonus-related funds after the Wagering Requirement has been met
- If any fraudulent activity related to claiming a bonus is found, mm444 reserves the right to void the bonus
- Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only
- Promotion details are subject to change and will be announced on the mm444 platform
VIP Program Cashback
The mm444 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, up to 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at Diamond. Bonuses and VIP rewards added to player accounts will be handled in accordance with the bonus policy conditions set out in this section.
Prohibited Activities
Players are prohibited from engaging in the following activities —
- Bonus abuse — attempting to exploit bonuses through improper means
- Manipulating your own betting record (arbitrage betting, matched betting)
- Attempting to hack the platform or using automated software (bots)
- Engaging in any activity related to money laundering
- Using another person's payment method without their authorization
- Two or more players colluding to deliberately manipulate outcomes (collusion)
- Attempting to attack players, staff, or mm444's own network
If such violations are detected, mm444 will immediately suspend and block the player's account, handle any remaining funds in accordance with applicable law, and may take legal action if necessary.
Limitations of Liability and Legal Matters
Service Downtime
mm444 may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. mm444 will not be responsible for any losses — whether from gameplay or financial transactions — that occur during such downtime.
Inaccurate Information
Players must provide accurate personal information. Any problems or financial losses arising from the submission of inaccurate information are the player's own responsibility.
Indemnity
Use of this platform is considered to be at the player's own discretion. Claims cannot be made for losses resulting from accessing mm444's chat service or website through unauthorized or attack methods.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information provided by players will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is protected with SSL encryption. Data will not be sold to third parties and will only be used to provide our services.
